Just put mine on monday. I got the poly/rod end off car adj. one in black. I had an aftermarket one before that, just wne to adj. cuz my car is lowered now. It does make a big difference esp. on a stock height car.

You dont have to pull it off the car to adjust it, you just loosen the nuts and turn it.

what does this bar change for the ride? traction, the way it squats, latteral motion? whats the advantage of being aBle to adjust it. That is the only adjustable piece i don't have, and if it'll help with me wheel hop i'm all in!

Advantage to adjusting it is to center the rearend under the body, esp when you lower the car. It's function is to keep the rear centered during sideways movement. I don't think this part will help w/ any wheel hop. Something else in your setup might be off.

I've always heard rod ends are noisy. Plus on a dd even track day car poly ends are fine.

i have the dual rod-ended UMI PHR, and i have absolutely no extra noise whatsoever. they may start to make some noise over time, when the rod ends start to wear out, but i can then just buy some new rod ends for ~$25 - $30 each and the noise should be gone again

Looks great!

I have a double rod-end Spohn PHB. I did notice a slight increase in noise but it doesn't bother me at all.
