Which spring for Iron Block
I have 12 way adjustable QA1's all four corners. When I put the 404 Iron Block in it the front end sits pretty low. What spring rate should I be using for the front with the Heavy'r Iron Block?

How much heavier compared to the stock alum block is it? If you figure out the ratio weight difference, you could try a similar ratio increase in springrate. If I had no advice from anyone, this is what I'd try first. I'm guessing you are a 1/4 mile car from your sig? Maybe you won't want to do what I mentioned...

LT1 has Iron block...
I would use a linear spring, not progressive to hold that constant rate..Strano's springs work good with my LT1
550lb/in rate up front
Give Strano a Call, he would be the man to talk to

Between the extra weight of the iron block and the blower I would recommend using the 325# spring for your QA1's.
