put sportlines on about 2 weeks ago, rides fine up until about a week ago when at around 35mph the whole car shook left and right like a wheel was gonna fall off. it did it that one time and after that maybe once a day. recently (last few days) it does it anytime i'm not in a turn. whenever the car is driving under 45mph or so, right now i'm scared to even drive it. we put it back up on the lift and checked everything, all was tight. but my gm mechanic said my tie rod ends and ball joints look really worn. also my steering has always felt "loose" to me since i've had the car (2yrs).

so gameplan is putting on the new ends/joints and an alignment

do you guys think this would solve the problem?

Put the car on a lift and see if you can move the front wheel back and forth from side to side and bottom to top to see if there is too much play in the tie rod ends/ball joints. Too much play = a good sign they are bad.

Simple test to try and do.
