which springs with bilstein shocks My SS has the bilstein suspension that i guess was factory upgrade i was wondering if i could use hotchins springs and keep my bilstein shocks without having issues

i wouldn't use anything other than stock-height springs with those shocks........if you use lowering springs with any stock shocks, your shocks are going to wear out really quickly, and your car will ride bad, even before the shocks die
at this point, with the lack of availability of the revalved bilsteins, adjustable shocks are your best bet....and having adjustable shocks means you can pick your spring of choice.
