Default Are all torque arms the same?

Here's the deal. My buddy has an aftermarket tunnel brace mounted torque arm and has zero ground clearance. He's currently de'modding and is offering to trade his TA for my stocker + cash. Only thing I was worried about is he has an A4. I know all tunnel brace mounted TAs are the same because they mount in the same location but are the stockers the same? I have an M6 and was wondering if I could put my stocker on his A4. Any info would be appreciated!
