Default Rear is too low after springs...

My fender wells rub the tires under heavier bumps and with a person in the back seat. I could roll the lip but I think I should just put the isolators back on for a better comfort level. Does anybody still have the old rear spring isolators they would be willing to send me or sell to me for cheap? You can email me ryanmgaspard@yahoo.com or send me a pm. Thanks.

so i take it your running 315's then?? and did you try adjusting your shocks? I havent had an issue with mine..yet. Im running the same stranos and konis too with 315's and I have a system in the trunk so my rear is low too. I however dont let anyone ride in the back seat, have rolled my fenders, did the bfh mod, have an adjustable phb, and just drive too fast to notice if my tires rub. Good luck on get your isolators if you feels thats the problem.

So your isolators aren't on the car? Where did they go when you took the stock springs out? You can get more from a junkyard if you want, or a dealer. They can't be much just being rubber.

82-92 f body uses a very similar upper that will work as well.
you are GUARANTEED to find them in a boneyard.
9 times out of 10 they are still stuck up in the body from years of road junk.
dealer has them pretty cheap, BTW.

When I got redeployed from leave my wife thought they were trash and threw them away.... ummm... I haven't rolled the fenders yet and the rears are on full soft. I will have people in the backseat sooner or later. I could go up a setting on the rear and try rolling the fenders to see if that will work. I do have the 315 Sumitomo's.

I would first roll the fenders, because I think you're gonna have to do it anyway.

Then afterwards you can decide whether or not you want to put the rubbers back on. you may not have to. A lower car looks better.

Just my opinon
