i threw some 15's on my car that bowed out past the fender just messing around and i noticed that my left side was about an inch to 2 inches higher then my right. also my left was sticking out about an inch further then the other side... what do i have to do to fix this. i got a umi udjustable panhard bar should i just mess with that or what else can i do??

Yes, use the adjustable panhard rod to get it centered. Not sure why one side is so high but get it centered first and lets see where your at with height issues.
