It just looks like the rubber jacket ripped and grease is oozing out. How many miles on the Car?

factory upper ball joints are rivted to the upper A-Arm, They will need to be drilled or grinded out....Pick up some new upper ball joints and they will get bolted back in. Most Parts stores have them in Stock and are fairly easy to change out

The lower ball joints are pressed into the Lower control Arm, these will need to be pressed out and then pressed in...can be a pain

Quick little tests to do....
-If you jack that wheel off the ground and put ur hands @ 12 & 6 and pull and it's moves the ball joints are bad...
-Now put your hands at 9 & 3 and move left and right to see if there is any play in the outer tie rods, your saying it pulls to the right, Tie rods could have some play in them aswell as lower control arm bushings could be worn aswell..

My Car is a 1994 and around 120Kmiles I replaced Upper & Lower Ball Joints, Lower control arm bushings, and Outer Tie rods due to them all being worn. You could need a front suspension overhaul like I listed from my car

no play at 12 & 6 ,very small amount of play at 9 & 3, what i did notice is my tire is fucked, i have a bulge i've never seen before almost all the way around the tire on the tread, so its getting replaced this weekend.
