Default adjusting my Front QA1's

where does the ride heigth need to be on the front? how far from the frame rail to the ground?

Hi CodeRed2000SS,
Do this on a flat surface.
Try adjusting the spring seats up until each spring is compressed one inch. Remember,this is a rough adjustment! Put shocks on full soft.Put wheels back on, lower car back down. push down hard 3-4 times above each shock tower then measure tire to fender gap and write it down.If you want it to sit higher adj. the spring seat up 1/4 inch for every 1/2 inch higher you want it.If you want it lower, lower the spring seat 1/4 inch for every 1/2 inch you want it lowered.

I guessed and checked. Bearings are nice. Really its not hard to move them around.

My car is a total guess. Hard to say if you don't know the specs of all the parts of the car. Nothing is really even in the first place.
