Cool What UPS man droped off today!!

I needed new LCA's due to one getting bent in wreck I had recently. My thinking is If something stock has to be replaced always upgrade. After seeing how good these looked on BMR's website and talking with them I decide these where the ones for me.

Those are quality, I have BMR everything except for the LSAs. Thinking about deepsixing the tubular UMI LCAs and replacing with the boxed BMRs.

if they're the non-adjustable UMI LCA's, why would you go through the trouble? i could understand if they're the adjustable ones and they're making noise, but if they're non-adjustable, all you'd be doing is wasting time/money on something that doesn't need to be replaced.

and i'm not sure on the weight difference, but the boxed LCA's look to have more material, so in all likelihood, you'd just be adding extra weight to the car.

Yes exactly, there will be no benefit of switching control arms unless you are going for the look of a boxed control arm. The boxed control arms would be heavier and the reason we do not offer our F-Body control arms in a boxed version. It would be extra weight and money you add to the car for no reason.

Nice pieces for sure. Does anyone know if the UMI version helps with clearance between the control arm and the tire? My stockers are pretty damn close.
