Default Subframe connector question..

So I just put on a set of the UMI 2-point bolt in SFC's and I noticed on the way home from work tonight while going maybe 10 mph if I punch the throttle a bit I hear a popping sound coming from underneath..this is new so I'm guessing maybe it's from the connectors. Anyone have this same issue? Maybe welding them in will delete this...ya think????

What do you mean by popping, as in something banging you mean?

Hello,

You need to tighten up the control arm bolt, torque this bolt to 90-100 ft lbs. Since our SFC design now bolts around the control arm mount it now takes much more pressure to compress the control arm bushing. This means the control arm bolt needs to be tighter in order for the bushing to compress. This is most likely the issue.

Try that!
