Well I have TTII's from Tomz but I don't know the actual offset. My car is lowered 1.25" and I had no problems at all, no cutting, bending, or pounding. I just lift the car from the differential. Plus your wheels are 10.5" to my 11".

You should have no problem at all. My car is riding on a set of Sam Strano's springs (~1.2" drop) and I have a set of 315/35/17 Hoosiers for the back, on a set of 17 x 11's with an incorrect off-set for an F-body!! I have to run spacers behind them, but with just a little bit of "massaging" of the inner fender wells, they fit fine, and don't rub under normal driving .

HOWEVER, those Hoosiers I have are a set of R6's for the race track, and pushing the car hard around corners, there was still a tiny bit of rubbing on the inner fender wells AND the outer fender lip!! So I rolled the fender lips, and did just a little more work with the BFH (big _ hammer). Very little rubbing going on at all now, and this is on the RACE TRACK, not the street .

Your car should be absolutely FINE on the street .
