Default Need torque arm, car has LTs...

My factory torque arm busted; I have LT headers and Y-pipe.

Are there any deals on aftermarket arms for LT header cars? I would prefer to go with a long transmission/crossmember mount arm instead of a "shortie" that bolts to the tunnel in back of the tailhousing, if possible.

My LT headers and Y-pipe are FLP.

FLP headers are an early LT design and were purchased in the 2002 time frame.

Robert, we offer full length adjustable and non adjustable torque arm for your car. The non adjustable part #TA002 $229.95 or the adjustable version TA001 $329.95. If you are interested we also have a torque arm relocation bracket that takes the torque arm off of the transmission. We have a relocation bracket for any transmission combination. I'll posted a link and some pictures. Give us a call if you have any questions.

OK - thanks Dennis.

I'm I correct in assuming that the "shorty" versions of the TAs are not as good for cars that are set up for maximum handling? So the transmission mounted arm above will fit my car with LT headers?

Do you units come with an angle guage?

Yes, that is correct the shorter torque arm is a better setup for a drag car. Yes the adjustable version has an angle finder included.
