depends on what you're looking to do... the double rod ended ones are the best for performance and suspension reaction. they will be a bit rougher, yes, but if you purchase ones that have teflon lined heim joints it's not all that bad.
a set with poly bushed ends will will be rougher ride than stock, but will react better than stock. a stock or poly bushed component will not let the suspension articulate or move as free as a rod ended one will. poly bushing type will isolate noise and vibration a little better than the rod ended will. poly bushings have a tendency to squeak if not maintained correctly.
your average car with performance parts and exhaust systems will not notice a rod ended set that uses teflon lined joints. the teflon liner acts as a lubricant and isolates the metal to metal contact. this is the type i sell for 199.00 shipped.

Hello, the rod ended arms are going to be more noisy than the bushing ended ones. Our bushings are a very high durometer bushing, meaning it is very firm. We offer several different styles of lca's. Unless you are going to put a tall tire on the car you really don't need an adjustable lca. If you have any questions please give us a call. Our tech dept is open from 8:30AM to 6:00PM EST. MON-FRI. Here is a link to our page and a couple pics of the different styles that we offer.

with the parts in my sig, my car bangs and clunks over over llittle thing in the road. San Diego has **** for roads so it can get pretty harsh. But on smoother roads like when i was up in the mountains last week i didnt hear a thing and they performed great!

the single adjustable is a rod/poly combo which has less deflection. the adjustable with poly is a poly/poly combo and will be stiffer than stock but you will have more deflection than the rod/poly or rod/rod sets. If you want the most out of your suspension and dont daily drive it then i would go rod/rod.
