Yep, passenger side attaches to the body, driver side attaches to the differential.

For the best handling you want it to be level.

I know there's a lot of guys who are lowered and don't use the PHB relo kit who autox and have a lot of success.

The PHB relocation kit is NOT a performance handling item. It's for exhaust clearance. I will not run one because it does put the PHB on far too much of an angle. I do sell them for those that have to have them, but in all honesty I don't recommend it.

Sam is correct it was not designed with panhard alignment in mind. However on a stock height car it more times than not does help level the panhard rod which does work to your handling advantage.

I respectfully disagree.

Every stock height car I've been under has the PHB sitting pretty much level when sitting on the ground (vs. hanging in the air). Those with stock height cars can look for themselves.

You can decide for your self from this link panhard bar
I leveled and lowered my bar and it had a drastic improvement in knocking my times down when driven on roadcourses.
I used a UE PHB relocation kit and drilled a few more holes in it for adjustability. It works for me and I am happy with it.
