Default No Brake Pressure

I just got done doing a ls1 swap into my 96 camaro, and I got everything done and ready to bleed the brakes. I have my buddy pump up the brake crack the bleeder and nothing. I have made sure that the actuator rod was inside the booster and the master cylender is a old on that came off the car. Ive been looking around to find a solid answer about what happens when the booster goes out but no solid answers. Should it have anything to do with my brakes not building pressure and not alot of fluid travel? What should I try the mc or the booster(PITA)

Exclamation

Im in the same boat bro. About to go look at the car again. Post up any findings and I'll do the same. Ive herd you need a tech II to blead the brakes if you get air through the entire system but I just talked to my tuner and he said you dont. Cars are too computerized anymore.
