Where can I find bump stops

The Z28 bump stops are actually alot better. They aren't as harsh when they hit the axle tube, which helps both ride and handling. Bumpstops are part of the working suspension and they acually act to effectively increase springrate when in contact. If you have the 17" rim bumpstops, you are actually using an inferior part. This is one case where GM gave the lower models the better parts.
Im sure any dealership or GM parts direct or SDPC would have them.

If it even matters should I get the 16' bump stops and the SLP spacers? Or dont even bother with the spacers

all the SS/17" bump stops do is limit your suspension travel a lot to keep the tire from catching the wheel well lip. Personally I'd get the Z28 bump stops and roll the inner lip on the 1/4" panel wheel openings.
