They're pretty simple to install. I would recommend you stay away from the BMR kit though.

The parts are quality, but the hardware they included for the install wasn't. In fact, they didn't even fit. I called them up and they said to just use the stock hardware even though the stock bolts are too short. When I asked them why they include bolts that they know don't work and the instructions state to use them, they had no answer Normally I wouldn't complain but for what you get in the kit it's WAY overpriced.

Hello

Thanks for the interest

The hardware we include should work just fine to complete the installation.

If I can help anymore please ask. Thank you!

Its a very easy install, to make it very simple just get all of the bolts started, then tighten them down once they are all started, and thats it!

Easy install, but the BMR kit had issues with the bolts that came with it as well. I thought I was the only unlucky one lol

My stockers refit just fine, I may have actually been able to use 1 bolt out of that kit. I can't recall now. I think even strano has a kit too.

I'm not sure how much the UMI kit lowers the PHB but you will want to look into this. This will effectivly lower your roll center and may require you to get a larger rear sway bar to get the car back to a neutral feel. UMI makes great stuff but I'd talk to them about this and see what they have to say. I know Unbalanced Engineering sells a kit that only relocates the PHB (not the upper support) simply to lower the roll center. This can be a good thing when done properly but if not it can cause some issues. You may want to look into the Fays2 watts linkage that Sam is selling now as well. It would offer more advantages than the PHB relocation kit IMO, but does cost more.

Relocating just the PHB will not give you any extra clearance. The UMI upper support arm is lowered to allow for what you are looking for. The only thing I'm saying that it also moves the PHB mount lower, changing the suspension geometry. You should really give them a call to find out how much it lowers the PHB. It doesn't look like too much but I can't be sure. UMI is pretty on top of things so they should be able to give you the info you need, or if you are thinking of getting it through Sam he can do the same.

Does anybody know the size/length of the bolts, that you use to bolt down, the upper panhard bar?
