Default strut tower nuts

guys/gals, where can you get new strut tower brace NUTS?

if I knew the thread pitch...etc I could probably find some at a fastener retailer or similar, but does anyone have/know a place to get them or the thread pitch and such?

I assume you are talking about the shock tower bolts/nuts which are used to attach the shock mount to the body. If that's the case, then you can get replacements at Ace Hardware. They have a nice selection of grade 8 and grade 5 fasteners with a pretty decent plating so they won't rust out right away. The thread size and pitch of the bolts which attach to the shock mount are the same as the "removable" bolts. Also, do yourself a favor and pick up a couple of bolts as well to replace the torques (sp?) bolts on the driver side.

I got my replacements at Ace Hardware also, but I got "nylock" nuts.

Major_Lee......They're "Torx" headed bolts.

Thank you, I had a senior moment when I was trying to remember how to spell Torx.
