Default LT1 tublular k-member into LS1?

I tried a search and came up with no answer...

Will a tubular k-member from a 96 z Lt1 bolt up into my 01 SS?

Are the motor mounts the only thing I have to change?

I have a entire tubular front end out of a 96z that I want to use.

If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it thanks.

Actually all the mounting points for the LT1 and LS1 are all exactly the same... the only difference is the motor mounts. But watch because most aftermarket K-members have the motor mounts built in meaning they would need cut off.

Hope that helps,
Ryan
