Default Adjusting Panhard Bar

I purchased an adjustable UMI "on car" panhard bar. Car is lowered approx. 1.3". I installed everything my self, and think i have the rear end pretty much aligned. BUT was wondering if there is any way of knowing for certain (any device that can measure the off set??)

I always measured the wheel's position relative to the fender lip. If it is equal on either side, I considered it "good"
