Default How Do I Get My Brakes Off????? Lol I Feel Dumb!!

I cant find a tool that will fit the front brake calipers on my car to save my life. I feel so retarded. I cant get any allen wrench known to man kind to fit in there. All my kits that i havt jump from 8mm to 10mm. 8s too small 10s too big. But i can find a kit at the store that even includes a 9mm. Is this what i need? I searched last week and i found a few posts that said something about a special allen tool so i tracked it down at a local parts store but guess what? Its also 10mm and they said its the only omne anybody makes. This is the allen socket made specifically for brake calipers on gm cars. So what do i need and where do i get it? Ive been through 3 allen sets, and that special allen socket. My cars been on jacks for 2 weeks. Why cant they just use the same bolts as the back seriously? PLEASE help me lol im going crazy!

oh btw its a 1996 WS6

I'd probably invest in one of those bolt removers, it has "teeth" on the inside of it and replace those stupid things with regular bolts. Thats weird tho cause my car just has regular bolts.

You're a bit off evil, its a HEX socket, should be a 3/8, thats why you can't find the right size lol.

Should look like this

Yes, any of those places. 3/8 will work for sure. T-10 might, i'd have to look.
