Default Project Rocket Has Begun!

It all started with a 5hp Go-Kart. Took it over to my buddy Richie's house to get the engine running correctly...and that is where it all started. We traded a TH-350 Rebuild Kit for a 1996 Kawasaki ZX6R. It was actually in great shape, had to clean out the carbs and the engine ran strong. We took both vehicles apart and have started transplanting the bike into the Go-Kart. We are re-enforcing the frame and building a cage for the motor( in the original bolt locations) and a rollbar over the seat(gonna be a single kart seat). After we are done with that, we are going to remove the motor and have the frame/cage painted. We are setting the front and rear end up like a shifter kart. I am using a 50mm axle with hubs, 4 bearings/cassettes, shifter cart 6" wheels with 11" rubber in the back and the whole shifter kart set up in the front including steering. We are using the brakes off the bike, which is similar to a shifter kart. The front two calipers from the bike will go on either side of the front of the kart and the big brake on the rear axle. Most of the rear will be in this week and the front will be in next. I am going to try and buy the wheels/tires off of ebay, because they are high as a kite at the "kart" shops. There is a ton more that we're going to do, but I would just keep going on and on. Anyways, here are some pics so far.

Lmao, was thinking of flying you down from CO to test drive it Actually, Brandon would probably be the logical choice. However, I will probably try it out first in the parking lot of G-Force...just hope I can drive it better than my JATO and can avoid moving trucks.

Don't forget about the boat we built...we're still using it
