Very nice!! It was well worth it, but you know the wife was on his *** the whole time. That was some serious destruction.

Wow that is crazy. I bet his neighbors were pissed as well with all the noise from machinery and workers.

That is nuts. If my neighbor asked if he could tear up my yard and put a chain link fence along my driveway for months....I'd have told him to screw off. Guy should have just moved to some property and out of a neighborhood.

i saw that a few weeks ago, people on that forum have plenty of cash to make some very nice garages, some garages on their are more expensive than my house! lol...

It's awesome but If i had his money I would not have gone through all that trouble, I would of just moved to some big acreage lot and expanded above ground.

Looks like a really nice house, so that guy must have some coin. I wonder, since its Utah, say that guy has more then one wife, could you imagine having more then 1 wife pissed at your for destroying the lawn?

If you look through the glass you see corrogated steel. A simple way to get fresh air down below without a very expensive intake/exhaust system. All he has to do is open the door and the windows and then the "stale" air will get exchanged.

That is how mine is set up.
