I'll be there playing with my new combo...last year at the opening test day, I ran over a connecting rod of mine at 140ish testing for PINKS ALL OUT at San Antonio (did not make it). Hopefully, everything will be fine this year so I can race at the PAO events at NPR and Ennis.

Used to mid-9's with the old 427...the 10.6 / 10.7 with the stock motor back in. With the new pump gas 427 in, we'll see. It went 5.8's and 5.9's in the 1/8th at 117 a couple of weeks ago...should be pretty fast if the converter keeps the revs in check past the 1/8th.

I may or may not be there. Dad wants to go and test out his Nova, but I was hoping to be tuning my new D1SC setup that day. We'll see whose will is going to prevail. If he wins, I'm driving a (hopefully) nine-second Nova. If I win, then my D1-SC monster will be ready for the streets. Either way, I win.

I dunno. The motor is kinda trashed. The rings don't seal, and the cam has a big overlap. If I do 575RWHP, I'll be satisfied until I get a new motor. I'm hoping for more like 600RWHP. We'll see. It's a 3.70 pulley, so it's going to moving some air. I hope the fuel system will keep up.
