Anybody near mesquite/dallas area have a tuner to help me desensitize my knock sensor

Anybody near mesquite/dallas area have a tuner to help me desensitize my knock sensor I have a 96 z28 that if I found out it is false knock I was going to see if anybody near mesquite/dallas area had a tuner to desensitize my knock sensor. Not sure how they work but like if at WOT it could only knock up to 1-2 degrees? If you need me to pay thats ok to. Thanks for any help.
