Default pricing mess up?

was looking in jegs and saw this on the website. Would they have to sell it to you at the price that is listed?

They legally have to sell it to your for the price listed. I faught and faught with Chaparral Racing over a silencer for my bike, it was normally 150, and i noticed one day that it was down to 90 so i bought it, paid electronically and everything, and two days later they send me an email saying there was an error and that they cannot let me have it for that price, and they were going to cancel the order. I filed with the better business bureau, and they still wouldnt give it to me, so they offered me like 15% off and i took it because it was still cheaper than buying it some place else. Needless to say, i havent purchased anything from them since. If you list a price for something, whether its a mistake or not, you should honor that price.

Even though this doesnt apply here because you had a mix up in what you thought you were actaully looking at.

I had the same problem with Speec, Inc ^^^

Bought some Wilwood brakes through them for like $1375 when everywhere else they were like $1800, they called and said that it was a mistake. They fixed the pricing on the site to over $1700 but sold them to me for around $1475 I think it was.
