Default what the heck is this sound

whenevery idrop the clutch from a dig it makes like a loud clunk sounding like its coming from the back left somewhere. It also does itif haulin *** and then shift gears at high rpm. it is perfectly fine under normal driving

I did just get a new clutch put in...could that have anything to do with it?

you should get it checked...my shifter would wobble up and down, effectively it was a worn mount and the transmission was basically floating

I think i'm going to have to with the mount on this one, A few years ago I was test driving a 97 trans am and it was doing the same thing and it was the mount. I'm glad I waited and got a LS1!
