NEED help with choosing Headers...

Default NEED help with choosing Headers...

I own a 07 Corvette and I already have a B&B off road x pipe and B&B bullets and I cant decide which headers to choose. So I need any info or help anyone can give me. Thanks guys.

fit finish and quality go with kooks. not cheap but definately get what you pay for.

I was thinking that BUT... I picked my exhaust out by listening to vids on You Tube, and the other day I haerd one with Melrose LTs on it and it sounded good. Any info on those???

If they are alumized steel... they are junk.. Don't buy a aluminzed steel header...

Spend the money and go with Kooks..(they don't/won't sell a alumized steel pile header)

It's between American Racing and LG for me...although I don't doubt Kooks are quality, I just have researched them much.

LGs are the ones made by Borla right??? What do you mean when you say research, more gains with the LGs???

They are made by Borla for LG motorsports

Yep i just purchased their Street Series Long Tubed Headers with X pipe. They have a Pro Series. Only difference is the size. 1 3/4" (Street) vs 1 7/8" (Pro).

the sound of any exhaust is due nore to the catback than the headers the headers will make it louder but the catback gives it the tone

I second the ARH's top notch, We have these on our personal cars. Give me a call at the shop 713-466-9900 or if you like come by and I will show you a set off of a car and I have cars here with them on you can hear as well.
