Still some dealerships that know how to do it So I have been in the truck market lately and been searching for something to drive some daily mixed with the SS and something ext cab v8 that will tow the boat/trailer no problems.
Find a 2000 Silverado ext with the 6.0 in a 2500 so I have a few hours to kill and drive up to Curtis Motor Company in Sanger to see it. They are open 9-1 and I told him I'd be there about 1:15 he said not a problem I can wait if I know you are coming.
Get there he hands me the keys for a test drive, I like it etc we go to negotiate. I did my research before and we struck a deal with TT&L out the door for a price I wanted shook hands etc. Since I'm only one person and obviously drove a good ways from my home to get there I can't get 2 vehicles home, he offers to tow it on his flat bed and meet me at my house Tuesday at lunch and drop the truck off, free of charge. That's service. Small family owned dealership, very easy to deal with and would recommend them to anyone looking for a truck in the future (deal mainly with trucks).
They are friends of the family but still they really took care of me.

It was a very easy going experience. He told me it was his easiest deal he's made this month with having an informed buyer, not an idiot who didn't have any cash lol.
