How do you find out the owner of a car? Or how to request title? Long story short i bought a bike from someone that never titled it in their name.....didnt mind since they had the title....well now i have lost the title.....have no idea of the name of the person it is titled in, have no contact name for him and dont know the number for the guy i bought it from.
Suggestions? Looking to sell the bike to a friend but dont have the title to do it
