lookin for a little more...
im looking for a little more speed..
im not quite ready for h/c swap (which i'd like to do sometime this year), never had any N2O experience so i dont know much about that (not ruling it out)..
my mods are in my sig, so any help would be appreciated. my buddy has a full Nitrous system he said he'd give me if i buy him some 4.11's so thats why im considering it.
lemme know what you think!
thanks, guys

nitrous is safe if u install it right. and you can spray up to 125 on a stock ls. i'd say get a plate kit and put the 100 shot jets in it. you will feel a very nice kick if your tires stay hooked. and you can daily drive it too. just dont leave the bottle in the car in extreme heat.

I wouldnt leave it in the car if its going to get over 100 outside. I live in laredo and its been 105+ for the past 2 weeks. the hardest part to me is the wireing. getting it to tuck and look like it was already there. as for the bottle i'd put it in only when u think ur going to use it. i've heard of ppl saying tune after but stock ls' are already retarded on the timing a lil so you dont have to tune it. Mechanicly its easy. just decide where u want to mount the solinoids to where they still reach where you are injecting, run the main line to where ever u want to mount the bottle brackets.

I had a friend put a 150 shot on his stock ls1 with 150xxx miles on it. We raced in every weekend in Amarillo. It never gave him one once of problem. the 10 bolt was going to go sooner or later.lol

The thing about nitrous is just dont abuse it and you motor will stay together. Make sure your fuel and tune is right on otherwise
