will a vehicle pass with the light on for a knock sensor?

it depends on what year model it is. if it is a 1996 and up then no. the light being on is an automatic failure for an obdII inspection.

for a 95 your good as long as you arent throwing to much nox, no, hc, etc.

its a 2003 silverado z71, guess i will have to wait til i can get it fixed once i start working again
