Default Where can I go to get pistons notched?(San Antonio)

I have a shortblock that may need the pistons notched for L92 valves. Does anyone know of a machine shop that could do this for me? I don't have the heads yet, so I'm not sure how that would work out. Let me know something sooner rather than later. Thanks. I'm near the San Antonio area, but I'm willing to drive over to Houston if I can get it done in one day.

Its not that hard to do on your own. You need to have the heads, cam and short block assembled. Contact Isky and rent their flycutter. Its around $150 and 100 of that is the deposit.
I did mine w/ a home made tool, from start to finish it probably took me 4 hours. Its no harder than degreeing a cam.

With the Isky tool, won't I have to pull the valves from the head and insert the tool?

The machine shop is going to do the same thing. They have to get the correct angle of the valve to the piston. Otherwise they're just blindly digging a hole.

here's some more info on the basics of it. I did it exactly like this guy but he took better pics, I deburred and shaped them out a little after I was done w/ a hand held belt sander(1/4" belt type)
