WTF is going on at jones road In houston, trying to get to 290, whole **** ton of cops and rescue vehicles flexing unessecary muscle. Road blocked, endless detour through a parking lot (which parralels the "scene" where there is no wreck, fire, visible cause of emergency response). The only thing I could see was a possibly unmarked/ undercover crown vic with minor front end damage in the parking lot.
