Default 09 Corvette Deals?

I have a friend at work that is looking to buy a 09 3lt Auto Cyber Gray Corvette. I am just wondering if anyone here works at a dealership, and could come up with a reasonable price, or if maybe someone has recently bought a new Corvette and got a good deal.

I looked at Corvetteforums.com, and they had a forum where dealers could list their specials. I found some really good deals, but unfortunately all of those cars were in the northern states.

Any help would be appreciated. I am located in Houston by the way.

Call Chris Graves at Classic Chevrolet Sugarland, TX. He is the actual SALES MANAGER there and is a customer/friend of mine. Talk to him direct. They have the biggest selection of C6's right now. Just for an example, they have 11 C6 ZO6's IN STOCK. Tell him Mike@Icon

Classic Chevrolet is having a sale this week. $10,000 off MSRP on ALL '09 Corvettes regardless of coupe, 'vert, or ZO6. I saw Cyber Gray '09s there today. Right here in town.

Damn. That seems like the place to go.

The deal with not going to the northern states is that my friend is wanting to trade their C5 in. They want to make sure the dealer is going to give them a good deal on the trade in. I don't understand the whole trading your car in thing. Thats just being lazy in my opinion. But... the way I look at it is if the dealer is going to give you a bad *** deal on the new car, then who cares if they don't give you exactly what you want on your trade in. The 10k off MSRP would more than make up for it if they gave **** for the trade in.

The cars I was finding on Corvetteforum.com in the dealer inventory section were not exactly what my friend is wanting. All the specials were on cars with the wrong options.

Thanks again for the help guys.

That is a good deal. I bought my 09 back in June for $38k, but it is a base. But I had an employee pricing certificate from an actual GM employee, the biggest difference was it stacked with current incentives.

I could have gotten that same grey Z51 3LT for $46k, which was a steal, but it was auto and I wanted a M6.
