Default atascocita/summerwood

I've been looking around this area for a house. I've found a few I like but want to ask some questions to those that live around there.

Whats traffic like in the morning and evening around summerwood?

Any area's to stay away from or just a heads up on things I may like to know?

Crime? I've heard Summerwood had a crime problem at one time. Any truth to that?

Thanks,
Jon

Summerhood???? Actually looked there. Alot of calls for service there recently (last 12 months)
Atascocita has nice areas and bad areas... always drive the areas your looking at during different hours to see what the "traffic" is like. Not just vehicular either...

I ended up moving west after initially looking into both those areas. The only other area I would have considered was Walden on Lake houston, but still had it's patchy areas as well...

I've found some nice houses at walden on lake houston, but havent looked into any.

Thanks for the heads up, I plan on doing my driving around and looking before I purchase.
