Black Brake Duct Hose?

Does anyone know where I can get brake duct hose in the North Houston area. If possible sold by the foot.

My shop has a bunch of scrap water pump hose in 2" and 3" diameter. Will that work? Its not black though.

Rain gutter drain pipe will also work.

No I was looking for 4" thanks though.
