Default could this just be a tuning problem?

I think it is runnin super rich or something because if i am stopped and give it a good rev up ..once it comes back down it will bog at like 400-500 rpm for 30 secondds or so then go back to normal?

Mods on car? Been tuned before? Any code? need more info. Could be a number of different problems. Have you looked at your spark plugs? MAF clean? Might need a tune up...

My car is doing something similar to that, amongst other things. My tune was looked at a few days, and its running super rich. I'm hopefully getting it set back to stock tomorrow, and retuned.

That is still some pretty limited info. You need to help us help you out.

Look at your MAF. Is it covered in black sut. That can make your car run as described because your MAF is not reading properly.

When did you do your intake. If it was recently you need to check for vacuum leaks.

Are your plugs fouled out? Coils and wires firing. Get out there for an hour and start checking these things and we can start ruling things out.

You never stated whether you have any codes?

sorry for the limited info. No codes . Plugs coils and wiring are all fine. I cleaned the MAF and it still did it ... It has had the intake for years the LT headers for about 6 months and the problem started about 2 months ago.
