What is a nice restaurant in Dallas
Well we are moving to North Dallas (Plano) this weekend.
Me and the wife didnt get a chance to do anything for our aniversary since we have been packing and getting ready for the move.
I want to take her out for a nice night night out and need some help since i will be new to the area.
WHat are some nice romantic places to take her to dinner????
Also is there anything else you guys would recomend?
I was even thinking about getting a room at a nicer hotel.
Thanks for the help guys, I just want to do something to kind of WOW her, since she has put up with my for 5 years.

fogo is the ****. But, if you want AWESOME then check out bone daddy's lol im sure the wife will love that place
JK on bone daddy's it's like hooters stepped its game up and did good bbq. Fogo is awesome, but probably not that romantic. There are just so many people in there and the salad bar is like a huge awesome buffet. I don't know if your wife would think of that as very romantic, expensive but not too romantic. I'm new to dallas so i can't help you out that much but im sure there are tons of places in the nicer parts of dallas.

Just go to Bob's Steak & Chop House...they have a location in Plano at Legacy and the North Dallas Tollway, it's one of my favorite places. It's not a super nice restaurant atmosphere, it's more of a bar for rich people in my opinion...but the steaks are some of the best in Dallas.
Fogo de Chao is also one of my farovites, can't go wrong at a steak buffet, where the buffet comes to your table, hahahaha. So when you are too full to walk, no problem, have a few more ounces...you don't need to walk anywhere.
I'm not big on 3 forks, it's pretty nice inside also.
Ruth's Chris is nice.
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is super nice and the steaks are also up in the top 3 or 4 for me (dallas).
My favorite place in Dallas is Nick & Sam's...especially if you guys drink wine.
All of the places are pretty steep, expect to spend 120 @ fogo without drinks, and 150+ at the other places...for a decent wine by the standards of those other places, add an extra 300.

Antares in Downtown Dallas at the Hyatt Hotel. It's the restaurant that's in the glass/silver rotating ball that you see in all the Dallas photos. $100 for 2 people, but the ball rotates 360* as you eat. Great, romantic place. My husband had me fooled and I thought he'd purpose there, but he fooled me and did it in front of hundreds of people with a live band in Florida instead!

Nick and Sam's is the ****. Lobster Rav!
All the Pappa's restarants are good (Pappa's Bro's, Pappadeaux, Pappasidos). Fogo is awesome...but if you're in Plano, head to Rafain (tollway and like franford maybe on the northbound access road)...same deal. just as good (different selection, some better, some worse)...and way cheaper. Fogo for dinner is $50 a piece easy.
Bobs is good. Trulucks is good.
