Get to know the project manager/foreman doing your build. That is who makes the difference. All of the builders out there do some houses well and some not so well. That is the guy who makes sure things get done right.

X100 im an assistant superintendent for CGI construction, and i completely agree. get to know the superintendent of the subdivision and make sure he knows his stuff!
