need help w power locks

need help w power locks ive noticed when i get in the car if i try to lock or unlock the doors nothing happens. I do hear a clicking noise coming from the lower panel on the passenger side. The doors dont even lock or unlock with the remote either. Any ideas on where to start looking?

they are in the doors usually riveted to the inside. You will have to pull off the door panels to get to them. Not usually a big job. If you were in DFW id gladly help lol.
