Good Car Meet/Gathering in Houston?
Guys,
I just got the interior all redone in my T/A - New leather, sound deadener, carpet and redid the radio. I can't wait to take her out when the sun finally comes out and I'm hoping for this weekend. Is there any Cars and Coffee type meets going on these days as I'd just like a good place to meet some cool car guys/gals and chat without attracting ton's of cops and stupid teenagers that like to do dump stuff like burnouts and racing. I know I sound like an old man but being a father now really changes my view on things these days even though I'm only 31 - LOL. Let me know as I'd like to meet up with some of y'all soon and maybe this weekend as well.

Thanks guys, I'll try and join in this Saturday. Any other one's that anybody knows about?
Also, did anyone use to go to the Nifty Fifties meet at Champions Frst and Spring Cypress (Kroger) in the past? We use to go there every Sat night as it is within walking distance of my house. I heard that they are not going to be there this year as Kroger is not renewing their lease. Anyone know where they are going this year and if this is true?

as of now I'm in with my brother (I think) and 2 friends plus anyone who rides with us.
yeah it's hit or miss, i have only been there 1 time and there was about 20 cars when I was there.
If you get there at 830 you may not get a spot, or if you do it will be in BFE. I went on a nice sunny day and I only got a spot because I had a handicap tag. If you want coffee, bring your own. (starbucks line was about 100 feet long outside of starbucks) It also depends where you want to park. There are always spots, but as you will see there is a main area where all the cars try to get, then as it fills up you have to start parking with people that may or may not be there for the show...
