ExxonMobil Day Car Show Saturday May 1st,2010

The car show section of this event is more like a small meet. Typically around 30 cars show up max, hoping for it to grow. Please spread the word and hope to see you there. No regestration fee, free food and t-shirt.....can't go wrong.

You do not have to be employed by ExxonMobil to sign up for this show. Entrants should arrive at the Pasadena Convention Center (7902 Fairmont Pkwy.) at 9:00 A.M.! Deadline for sign up is 11:30 A.M.! No sign up fee.

1st and 2nd place plaques for each class. Winners will be announced at 1:00 p.m. One barbecue ticket will be given per entry. Plenty of free goodies and food. One shirt per vehicle for the first 35 to register in show. Can buy additional meal tickets for car show guest or family.

I work at the refinery, but again the car show is open to the public. No regestration fee, free shirt, free bbq plate, can't beat it.

This is a really fun event. I had a blast last year (and won my division, which didn't hurt).

I have lots of family working in most all the plants. Refinery, Chem side and BOP. My Dad retired after 35 years of service.
This would be a cool show to cover.(Photos)

There will be 3 color choices of shirts for the first 35 to register. Dark Blue, Maroon, and olive. Show up early to make sure you get the size / color you want.

Isolated rain, I have ET Streets with no backup set but will be there early. I promise this is an event that you will continue to come to every year once you check it out. For the people bringing cars - wrist bands for drinks, roasted corn, and pizza also included.

CamAro. Pet peeve of mine.

I wish I could have been there, but I ended up getting called to judge a band competition. Maybe next year.

Glad to see that amazing black '69 Camaro was there again this year. That guy and his wife were really fun to talk to last year, and the car is immaculate.
