Default Anyone good with custom swaps? DFW

Here probably around spring break time im going to be putting this LQ9 in my F150, once i get all my parts and such. It wouldent hurt to have someone who is good at this kinda stuff help me and my friend out. We will be doing it in a shop, with a lift and all the tools, welder, cutter and such that we should need.

If anyone is in the area and doesn't charge to much id really appreciate it.

I hope you are ready for atleast a decent sized bill. Even a guy that isnt at a big shop is getting to want $2500+ for the job. I cant imagine a shop with overhead thinking about it for less than $4000

seems like it would be too much of a p.i.t.a. and not worth the outcome...

The shop is my friends, were doing it ourselves mostly. So its not costing me a thing other than parts. And why? Because the 25 year old 302 motor just is not cutting it. I was going to just build it up, but for a decent 350rwhp build it costs about 2-4k just for the motor. I got a killer deal on an LQ9 complete motor with 43k miles on it. Wiring harness PCM and everything. Trucks an 86. I'm just trying to see if anyone around DFW gets bored on the weekends and would be interested in helping out in a swap like this is all. And its original.

il post some of what i have here.

I got this 2003 LQ9 from a Silverado SS with the entire harness and ecu all that fun stuff.
I'm still getting money for all my parts, want to make sure i have every last thing im going to need before starting so i can have the least amount of downtime available.

Still not sure what to do about the gauges, probably make a custom guage panel to replace the stock one out of some brushed steel or something. Il go with autometers or something.
Will need to get a slipyoke for a 4L60e and have it put on my drive shaft, current drive shaft is new so is in good condition, will have to have it re sized and the new slip yoke put on.
Im also worried about the column shifter working with the 4L60e

The pcm will need a tune to remove VATS and torque management, as well as everything else it wont have like rear o2's and such, im almost done with the harness, making it to just a stand alone engine harness, removed the stock underhood fuse block, will tie in the fuel pump relay and such into the current chassis harness on the F150.

Still have to get some e-fans
MAF sensor
fuel pump
4L60e
Torque converter
TPS pedal and harness
some other small things

Its going into this 1986 F150 that currently has a 5.0 v8 and c6 tranny
