Default Is this a good deal?

I have a guy trying to sell me a GTO. I was wondering if you guys thought it was a good deal or not.

2005 GTO
62,126 miles
Fully loaded leather seats w/ nav.

Mods:
36lb injectors
fast intake
comp cam
comp push rods
comp dual valve springs
msd wires
stainless steel headers 1 7/8"
spec stage 2 clutch and pressure plate
tuned
brute force cai
polyeurethane bushings (rear end)
high flow cats
borla full 3" exhaust
cross drilled and slotted rotors
rebuilt engine low block assembly
ported and polished stage 2 heads

These are all his words, and he doesn't know what cam or headers are on the car.

He's asking $22K.

Oh, also he says it puts down 500rwhp. I don't know how true that is, but whatever.

Yeah, I noticed the rather high miles too. But he said he spent $16,400 in mods to it, so he thinks it's a great deal. Lol.

In all honesty, i don't think those mods equal anywhere NEAR $16,400, but he seems so sure of it.

Anyways, so $17k is about what I should pay?

Way too high for those miles. Just did a search on autotrader nationwide and found 348 GTO's between 2004-2006 with less miles and cheaper. I know autotrader isn't a tell all. One on there is listed for $20K, supercharged with 15K original miles. Keep searching
