HPD Kemah Cruise! Sunday March 14th, 2010. S! LS1 Tech Members, Staff, and Firends!
Houston Performance Driving.com will be gathering up for a cruise to Kemah to enjoy the Boardwalk. The weather is looking way to good not to get out and drive. Also to eat and socialize with fellow performance drivers. Grab the wife, GF, BFF, or the whole family for a great cruise in Kemah.
- Please be advised that the cruise hosted by HPD on Saturday was canceled due to route complications. The Kemah cruise is the replacement cruise. The day was also changed from Saturday to Sunday so that more people from the forum could make it.
Cruise Outline:
There will be only (1) meet spot for this cruise. The group will meet in Uptown Park in the same area has Coffee & Cars. Meet time will be Noon with rollout 1PM.
The group will travel around Loop 610 south to Hwy 225 E. From 225 E. we will exit 146 South which will take us all the way to Kemah. The group will park on top of the large parking garage. Go all the way to the roof.
PLEASE DO NOT REV OR ACCERATE RAPITLY IN THE PARKING GARAGE! We don't need every car alarm going off has we enter. This is how and why the law gets called.
There will is a reservation made for all us to eat at Cadillac Bar (Mexican). However, please feel free to eat anywhere you wish on the Boardwalk.
Cruise Information:
- Meet Location: Uptown Park (Galleria) 610 @ Post Oak.
- Meet Time: 12 Noon.
- Rollout Time: 1PM.
- When: Sunday March 14th.
Note* Everyone be advised that it's Daylight Savings Time. Set your clocks!
Cruise Route:
From starting point:
- 610 South around to 225 E.
- 225 E. to 146 S.
- 146 S. to Kemah Boardwalk.
- Park on roof of parking garage.
Cruise Gear:
- Full tank of fuel.
- Lunch $.
- Sunglasses.
- Vid/Pic Camera.
- Hot female copilot.
- Positive attitude.
Sorry for the short notice and change of route from what was intended. Thanks for rolling with HPD on the changes. Hope those changes have brought you a better cruise with a nice social setting.

Ya sorry about that. Hope a few people can make it out. Maybe not be the largest HPD cruise ever, but still good people. You never know, with the weather looking so good. People may come out last minute. We did post this on 5 to 6 other forums. We'll see how it rolls.
