Default Dependable Auto Shippers = Kinda mixed results

About two years ago I got a 2001 B4C Camaro Z28 shipped from South Carolina through DAS (Dependable auto Shippers) and it took around 14 days. Just about a month ago I got a 2001 SS shipped from Tuscon, Arizona, also through DAS, and it took 29 agonizing days. So my results and opinion are mixed.

They charged me $570 for the 935 mile trip from Greenville, South Carolina = total shipping time: 14 days (payed extra $125 to drop it off at my residence)

They charged me $513 for the 1,000 Mile trip from Tuscon, AZ = total shipping time: 29 days (picked up at the Houston DAS terminal)

look up Reliable carriers. ive heard good stories about them from a few of my customers. not exactly cheap but is hell of a lot better than just letting some billy bob transport your car .

what ever you do, make sure you look up the company on the better business bureau website. when i had to ship my cars, i just went through whoever gave me the best price. after i booked my date, gas prices jumped up and they just decided to pull a no-show and kept lying to me about when they were showing up. after like a week of them pulling constant no-shows and telling me that they would 'be there tomorrow', i decided to go with another company. the BBB showed this company pulling this on lots of people... which I knew about searching on the BBB before i started any of that mess.

Call our company, Auto Transport. We are located in east Houston. 713-453-0205 Talk to Kevin and tell him John from the freight side told you to call.

Your way auto transport. They are based in OH but travel all over. They have shipped my suburban, Firehawk, Saleen, GTO, 65 Grand Prix and 67 RS vert.

The driver did damage my Firehawk but they told me to get an estimate and sent a check for the damages.

My transit time has been more like 1-3 days. I think it has been running 600 to get cars from TX to OH.
