random cold revs normal?

random cold revs normal? Sometimes if the car is cold it will randomly rev up to about 1500rpm for 20 sec or so . Then it will go back to normal. I did just install a 224/230 cam . Is this normal.

Yea it was dynotuned . The werid thing is that it is just random sometimes it will and sometimes it wont. And if it does do the reving after it goes back down to 800 its fine
