I need an exhaust shop in N.W. Houston

Default I need an exhaust shop in N.W. Houston
Ok, I'm in the Copperfield area (290 and Hwy 6). I had a shop off Hwy 6 by CSI to weld up the O2 bungs on the headers. Thy will NOT work on the car because it doesn't have CATs on it. I had an officer friend of mine that works the area and know the the manager there go by and talk with him, he still will not work on the car though. Does anyone know of a shop I can take the car to that will put and exhaust system on the car with out it haveing CATs??? And can reduce fron 3.5" header collectors to 3" pipe.
